Do you accept returns & Defective Items ?
Lovey Mio provides returns for all items, except Sale items (eg : Mother’s day codes, Xmas codes and other special codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items. Returns can only made one time per order number.
How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & Defective Items ?
Follow step by step
1. Sample of template email for RETURN
Email subject : RETURN FORM
TRACKING NUMBER : ( Kindly provide tracking number of the return parcel )
PRODUCT(s) NAME :
REASONS : example ( Item does not fit / unsatisfactory item / Defective Items- attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )
2. Fill it up and email to email@example.com .
3. Return your items to the following address :

*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon item received.
*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
I found a defect on my item but I’ve already washed it. What should I do?
We’re unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.
I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.
The size doesn’t fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.
The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

|Buyer receives||Return Store Credit (NO CASH REFUND) = Item price – Initial Shipping Costs||Lovey Mio will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.
Fully refund in Store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
*Initial Shipping costs of RM5 (RM8 for East Malaysia) will be charged for each return item if free shipping had been provided for the order. For example, if the returned item costs RM40 (West Malaysia customer), you will receive a store credit of RM35.
*Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable.
• All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
• Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
• Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
• All items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon item received.
• Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reaches us.
• We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
• We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
• All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
• Return will not be accepted if we do not receive RETURN FORM email.
• All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
